Another clock from NeXtime: ‘The Chef’, won the same prize in 2009. The ‘Wall Pad’, a design of Paolo Renna, is just one of the new designs in NeXtime’s 2012 collection. At the 'Maison et
Objet' in Paris the company introduced all the designs for 2012 to compliment their existing, internationally successful clocks collection. The ‘Romeo & Juliet’, for instance, is a great twist on a cuckoo clock with Julia coming out each hour to look for her Romeo. Another design worth
mentioning is the clock named 'Magic' which cleverly tricks you with its perspective design on a flat surface. Alain Frie, the creative director of NeXtime, is very happy with the response on the new collection. "All our clocks received much praise and we won
this prize for the 'Wall Pad' too. And I'm sure that our football clock 'Johan' will do well with all the buzz around the European Championship Football later this year", he adds with a smile.
Founded in 1970, NeXtime is the worldwide leader in clocks. The company offers a wide range of wall clocks, table clocks and alarm clocks designed for people to enjoy and looking how time passes by more fun.
